PLEASE
NOTE: CURRENT COGGINS REQUIRED ON ALL MULES, CURRENT
HEALTH REQUIRED ON ALL OUT-OF-STATE MULES, & BRAND
PAPERS FROM ALL BRAND STATES, to be turned in upon
arrival.
Please
complete a separate consignment sheet for each mule
consigned and mail to (if using the printed version
below) PO Box 800, Fletcher, NC 28732, along with
a check for Catalog Fees, made payable to King Auction
& Realty Co., Inc., and a photo of your mule. Catalog
Fees are $125.00 per mule, and are not refundable. All
consignment sheets must be returned by April 20,
2009. No
substitutions will be allowed. All mules must be sold
through the sale ring and an 8% commission fee will
be charged on all mules sold. No no-sale fees will
be charged on mules. Consignors will be paid within
15 banking days following sale date.
All
mules will be subject to final approval by the auction
company. In further consideration, I agree to identify
and defend Rocky Mountain Mule Days, King Auction
& Realty Co., Inc. and the Eagle Co. Fairgrounds, its
agents and associates, and Jerry & Ramona King from
all injury, loss or damages to equipment or animals or
damage or injury to others by entering the Rocky Mountain
Mule Sale and Auction in Eagle, Colorado. The undersigned,
by executing this document, delivers animals or equipment
to King Auction &
Realty Co., Inc., to be sold at public auction, free and
clear of all liens and encumbrances and warrants that the
same may be legally sold. I have read the Auction Rules
and Information, outlining conditions for consignment,
and agree to comply and be bound by them.
A no-sale fee of $20.00 will be charged on each mule not sold.
